Clint Murphy
Clint has been in finance and real estate for 25+ years, including eight years at KPMG and 10 years as the CFO for one of Vancouver’s largest developers where he oversaw IT, Tax, Capital, Finance and Accounting. In the last fourteen years, Clint has been involved with the acquisition, development and delivery of over $2 billion of real estate.
When he’s not at work, you can find him reading a book, hosting a podcast, writing a newsletter or spending time with his wife and two teenage boys at the rink or football field. We still don’t know when he sleeps.
A trained architect with over 15 years’ experience in construction and development, Hassan has worked in senior management positions with prominent developers in Vancouver and Victoria. With a focus on residential infill development, Hassan has led the development of over $500 million of real estate through successful city approvals and construction management.
Outside of work Hassan and his wife love cooking and travelling together while raising their two little girls!
